Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: June 19, 2025
By purchasing access to Betrayal Survival Guide (the “Course”) or enrolling in WTF You Do Now (the “Membership”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). These terms apply to all products and services provided by WTF Do I Do Now? (“Company”) through our online school hosted on Teachable (“Platform”).
1. Scope of Services
This Agreement applies to the following offers:
Betrayal Survival Guide (Course):
- Lifetime access to digital course content and all future updates
WTF You Do Now (Membership):
- Group coaching via Zoom
- Worksheets and video lessons
- Access to private group chat (via third-party platforms such as Telegram or Mighty Networks)
- 4-month minimum membership commitment, with option to continue monthly afterward
2. Licensing & Limitations on Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal use only. You agree NOT to:
- Share your login credentials
- Copy, modify, distribute, or repurpose any material
- Use course or membership materials for commercial or public display
- Record or republish Zoom calls, videos, or downloadable resources
- Transfer any content to other individuals or platforms
Violation will result in immediate removal without refund.
3. Payments, Billing & Refund Policy
Course (Betrayal Survival Guide):
- Various one-time and payment plan options are available at checkout.
- Pricing and payment plan details are outlined at time of purchase.
- All purchases are final. No refunds.
Late/Failed Payments:
- Access may be suspended until overdue payments are made.
- After 14 days of non-payment, access will be revoked.
Membership (WTF You Do Now):
- Auto-renewing monthly payments with a 4-month minimum.
- No cancellations during the initial 4-month period.
- After the 4-month minimum, cancellation requires 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.
- No refunds under any circumstances.
4. Community Guidelines (Applies to Membership & Coaching Tiers)
This is a trauma-informed, supportive space. The following will result in immediate removal without refund:
- Harassment, bullying, or shaming
- Violating confidentiality
- Sharing others’ stories or content outside the group
- Disruptive behavior during group calls or in chat spaces
5. Age Requirement
These services are only available to individuals 18 years or older.
By enrolling, you confirm you are 18+.
Minors will be removed and access will be revoked without refund.
6. Disclaimers
- These programs are not therapy and do not substitute for mental health treatment.
- The Company is not a licensed therapist.
- If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, active abuse, or a mental health crisis, seek help from licensed professionals or emergency services.
7. Coaching Sessions (Course Add-ons Only)
If coaching sessions are included in your course tier:
- All sessions must be used within the program timeline (typically 3 months).
- Missed sessions without 24-hour notice are forfeited.
- 12-session tiers include weekday voice/text support (9 AM – 5 PM in the Company’s current time zone; availability may vary due to travel).
8. Confidentiality & Community Platforms
We encourage privacy and emotional safety, but cannot legally guarantee confidentiality in group settings.
You are responsible for what you choose to share.
For communities hosted on third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram, Mighty Networks):
- You agree to their separate terms and privacy policies.
- We are not responsible for how those platforms handle your data.
- We reserve the right to remove you for any violation, with or without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content is the intellectual property of Amanda Pitera and WTF Do I Do Now?, LLC.
You may not copy, distribute, record, or reuse any course or membership materials without written permission.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Your success depends on your effort and commitment. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Wisconsin, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is respected. We will not share your information unless legally required.
If you disclose suicidal ideation, harm to self or others, or criminal activity, we may report it to appropriate authorities.
13. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued access constitutes your agreement to any changes.
14. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or enrolling, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
